Objective Assessments and Solutions:
Our Attorneys at Turnagain Law, LLC are experts in mediation and dispute resolution. We help clients resolve legal conflicts efficiently.
Neutral Case Evaluation is an extremely cost and time-efficient legal dispute resolution where each party agrees to appoint a neutral third-party evaluator usually an attorney or judge. The evaluator will review the evidence and arguments of both parties.
The evaluator then provides an objective assessment of the case. The parties may use this assessment to negotiate a settlement. If settlement is not reached, then the case goes to trial.
Our attorneys can act as a neutral third party to facilitate communications between parties and help them identify critical issues in all kinds of legal disputes. Mediation is confidential and voluntary, and applicable in many different case types.
Once an agreement is reached, a judge may sign off on the deal and resolve the issue. If the parties cannot agree through mediation, then the case may go to trial.
A neutral-thrid party is appointed to facilitate negotiations between parties. However, the arbitrator has the power to make a final, binding decision that is enforceable by the court. Typically, although not exclusively, we see these in business disputes.
The arbitration process is often faster than other alternative dispute resolution methods. Once the arbitrator makes the final decisions, there is no risk of going to trial. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
